Returns & Exchanges
We understand that not everything you purchase will be a perfect fit. Full- priced items returned within 10 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt can be exchanged for store credit at the original price or exchanged for another item. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale & Vintage items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you are unable to visit a store in person, we accept returns by mail. Please send us a friendly notice in advance at info@saultne.com for additional mailing instructions. Store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. For your protection, please ensure returned items are shipped with tracking information.
Holiday Return Policy:
For items purchased during the holiday season, the final day to submit a return is January 4th.
